My Approach
My philosophy is one of unconditional positive regard toward all of those with whom I work. It is my goal to provide a safe and supportive environment as I assist you on your journey toward health.
As opposed to more traditional psychotherapies, the evidence-based techniques I employ are geared toward providing relief in a shortened period of time from disturbing symptoms of anxiety, depression, trauma and many other issues.
I help you tap into the wisdom of your mind and body. You are the expert in your own healing! My purpose is to help guide you into remembering this!
About Me
I received my Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Arizona State University. I went on to receive a Masters of Science in Professional Counseling from Grand Canyon University.

In 2014, my career started in the addictions field where I worked with individuals, groups and families. This was hugely satisfying, but I had a nagging sense something was missing...
​
I began working at the Claudia Black Center for Young Adults at The Meadows in 2016. In 2018, I found my calling in the trauma department at the main campus of The Meadows where I still work on weekends today. I have had the great pleasure of receiving top notch training from some of the giants in the counseling field such as: Claudia Black, Pia Mellody and Peter Levine to name a few.... now I can pass this knowledge on to you!
